Hi, I’m Alex.

I’ve spent 15 years coaching everyday people — busy parents, executives, athletes coming back from injury, retirees who want to keep up with their grandkids. The Metabolic Reset is the program I built after watching too many smart, motivated adults start something promising and quit at day 12.

FAQ

How much does the program cost?

$279 through June 30, 2026 (normally $349). Cohorts starting after the deadline go back to the regular $349 price. Your investment includes the full meal plan, the supplement protocol, 12+ small-group strength sessions, and access to the cohort community for the full 28 days.

When does the next cohort start?

A new cohort starts every month. I’ll confirm the exact start date when I respond to your application — usually within 24 hours.

I’ve never been plant-based. Is that going to be miserable?

Most people are surprised. The meal plan is built around warm, satisfying food — soups, stews, stir-frys, real grains, real spices. It’s only 28 days, and it’s by far the most important lever for letting your digestion reset.

Where do I get the supplements?

I’ll send you specific brands and links once you’re enrolled. They’re widely available and total around $40–$60 for the full 28 days. Not included in the program price.

Do I have to give up coffee?

No, but you’ll cap it at one cup per day, taken after your morning water flush. Most people naturally drop the second cup by week two because their energy is steadier.

I haven’t worked out in a while. Will the strength sessions be too much?

No — every movement is dialed in to where you are right now. The cohort skews toward adults who haven’t lifted in a while. You won’t be the slowest one in the room, and the sessions are programmed and coached so you can’t do them wrong.

What if I miss a strength session?

Aim for 9 of the 12 minimum. Life happens — if you miss one, the daily movement guide keeps you on track between sessions. Miss more than three across the 28 days and we’ll talk about pushing to the next cohort.

Do I need an app?

Just the Skool app, where the cohort, daily structure, recipes, and check-ins all live. Free to download, runs on your phone, takes 60 seconds to set up.

What if I have a medical condition or take medications?

Please check with your doctor before joining. The herbs in the protocol are well-tolerated by most people but can interact with certain medications (especially for thyroid, blood pressure, or blood thinners). Mention it in your application and we’ll figure it out together.

Do you offer refunds?

Once a cohort starts, no — the program is a commitment. If life happens before your cohort begins, I’ll move you to the next round at no charge.

What happens after the 28 days?

Most people leave with a system they want to keep using and an option to roll into a regular 2x or 3x per week strength membership with me. There’s zero pressure — the Reset is a complete program on its own.
